Leading the many logistical and operational facets of First Service Networks’ expansive service center, estimating and field management departments, Rick implements and manages the best practices, staffing models and technical aspects that allow the organization to flow through the various processes utilized by the service centers .
With almost four decades in senior management roles with organizations like PRESCO, Phoenix Refrigeration & Energy Services, Premier Building and Development and National Accounts Inc., Ricks also oversees all facilities management contractor and vendor relationships on behalf of First Service Networks’ strategic partners and their sites across the country, including determining service levels, job rates and performance deliverables from parking lots to rooftops.
