A New Approach to Multi-Site Facilities 

Over a decade ago, First Service Networks embarked on a journey to understand why no dominant comprehensive maintenance & repair solution had ever been adopted by the majority of multi-site operators.  Many traditional approaches that work for other organizations have been tried, but they always fall short of delivering the savings expected due to an inability to deal with the dispersion and unpredictability of multi-site service work.  Multi-site organizations really have had no other viable option except to manage this work themselves. 

There must be a better way

In order to develop a solution that would uniquely address the needs of the multi-site operator, First Service Networks knew it must start by looking through the eyes of the national, multi-site customer.  We learned quickly that no matter what we developed that service would have to come first, and that much of what your teams do today are limited only by the investment they have been given and the scale at which they can exercise their approaches.
